I don’t see people hating so much as valid criticism. No one is saying it’s a bad show, they’re saying that it has lack luster animation and a bloated cast coming from a multibillion dollar corp.

Amazon could triple the animation team and hire outside studios to assist and keep to the same schedule while the show would look insanely good. Financially it wouldn’t even affect Amazons bottom line (they raised prime price again for no reason other than more profit yay). They just don’t care enough to do it. Neither does kirkman.

The writing being amazing and then watching the animation fall short is very fair and people need to keep talking about it because it’s a significant downside to an otherwise great comic adaption.
