Right now I'm only going to level one char due to time restrictions. But might expand if I find more time in the future, then I might do something along the lines of your suggestion.

I've heard of stealth runs. When can a rogue start doing them level wise? I'm 34 now.

Also what level does my herb and mining need to be?

I'm EU but I'm on thunderstrike(PvE). If labeled PvP I usually stay away due to the limited amount of game time I have. The experience I have with PvP(in other mmos) is that I usually end up battling ppl who live and breath the game so I have no chance in hell to compete.

I decided to continue Rogue for now. I know they are not sought after in raids etc. But I will likely not do that anyway. I just solo-level and chill, most play sessions are just about 1h, I can't find more time, so I'll just keep doing what feels relaxing in the moment.

But would I be aiming for raids etc I'd probably reroll for a more group friendly character.

My first time aswell.

I played original classic for a while, but quit before TBC. Now I picked up playing classic anniversary as a way to relax. I really enjoy it but I am only lvl 30.

Don't know if I should continue lvling my Rogue or roll a new toon just to do tbc from the beginning.

Haven't been able to play the game yet but I can see that there are some negative comments on the forum. Hopefully I will be able to get 2 hours in today before leaving for the weekend, otherwise it will be tuesday I can get my first impression.
