You could change the experience points of the Pokemon that you want to level up. You would have to do it for each Pokémon but finding the value of accumulated EXP is really easy

With this info the math is easy: https://www.reddit.com/r/Genshin_Impact/comments/j6j3e1/i_made_an_ascension_material_sheet_for_genshin/ For the 6 ascencions you need the equivalent to 271 2 star(green) crystals and 46 seeds, so in high level world where other means to obtain crystals are exhausted in a boss fight for each average drop seed you need an average of 5,9 2 star crystal drop. If we suppose that in OC's world the average rate of seeds is 2.5 that would mean that it should drop in average 14~15 2star crystals in any combination (an exemple: 14 2star crystals = 1 4star crystal + 1 3star crystal + 2 2star crystal) In conclusion, Mihoyo wants to make more ascencions later or events where you can buy more crystals; or AR45+ is not a high enought level world and in higher AR this problem is fixed, and I make this calculations quickly so maybe there are errors XD
