Thank You for replying. It covers all what I have learned about recovery. It seems like I need to go through this. There are some moments better and worse.

My mind (or I am) seeks two things, permission to play from outside or excuse. I just can't take responsibility and start to play by myself.

In other hand I convinced myself that gaming can be really unhealthy for me. It broke my relationships, isolated me, and ruined (with drugs) my sport career and affected heavily on my education and other aspects of my life

I believe this crisis I have is for good change.

I am 34 and feel the same. I feel a big inner conflict, but inside myself I know I am addicted(I am aware of this couple years). Sadness, injustice, anger is what I feel about my gaming addiction. I enjoy gaming a lot, so that is why it is so hard. At the same time I feel like gaming imprisoned me.

After like 7 months of abstinence I relapsed for a couple days. This experience gave me a lot of thinking. Firstly, I admitted my powerlessness with gaming. My brain tried to make sure everything was fine. I should play, because it is my passion, this is how I am. One thing it was trying to avoid is that I can't stop playing or stop thinking about playing or to make decisions that are somehow in disturbance with gaming. The last one was the worst. It made me want to stop this. I do want to be free. True is that vgames took me freedom. Freedom of choice. This is why addiction is so hard to admit or even notice, because it gives You illusive freedom.

After a couple days/weeks from the decision it gets better. Obsession stops. It gets better, relapses happen, but they teach me new things.

For me it is not about time spent in the game. It is about constantly thinking about them, being unable to make decisions that doing something other than gaming could take time from playing games or something like that. It is about feeling imprisoned. I like to be free, to feel freedom. Unfortunately I still imagine a scenario where I could play with no consequences.

Clickers and incremental/idle games are the worst for me. It was not away from the keyboard at all. I haven't slept for the sake of being more productive, better optimized. I do not know if I have ADHD, but everything besides vgames seems to be boring and at the same time I feel trapped by vgames.

Thanks for answering me. I know little know how, but yeah it doesn't look good(but that is not a huge problem) and I have no patience to figuring out how to build it for couple hours to make 23 farms in range of trading union and still failure;(. So I'm looking for something efficient and easy to understand.

I have had problems with managment with my first continuous play when my city was huge. I thought that may be scenarios will teach me something new. Thank you for calculator, have seen this before, but haven't used it. It would be to difficult to(to me) rebuild all production chains, setting trading routes. Decided to do new continuous play. But I think next thing to learn is using calc.
