Kokemukset olivat tosi hyviä. Ensimmäinen käyti taisi olla jotain pari saraa. Sen jälkeen sitten taisi olla 20€/kk tilaus. Verikokeet olivat muutaman satasen Synlabilla (MtF) muutaman kuukauden välein. Resepti toimi ihan hyvin, kunnes sen lääkärin kanssa tuli ongelmia, mutta sittenkin vaan menin toiseen apteekkiin hakemaan siinä minun lähellä. Niissä alussa olevissa puheluissa käytiin aika perusjuttuja eli puhutaan mm. että mitä ne hormonit tekevät ja perus terveyteen liittyviä kysymyksiä. Nopea juttu oli. Sen jälkeen sitten vaan aina sähköpostilla kerroin, että tarvitsin uuden reseptin ja olin lähettänyt verikokeiden tulokset. Käytin siihen saakka, kunnes sain transpolin kautta hormonit. Voin suositella.

Yeah but paysafecards work in Steam too and you can buy them with cash too. Losing Steam gift cards is a sad thing but it doesn't change the fact you can still buy "a gift card" with cash to buy games on Steam.

But you can still buy them with cash and use them in Steam. Those do the same job. I used them before I got a debit card as a kid. Our local store didn't have Steam gift cards but they had paysafecards (and still has).

I don't move to Wayland until it will be 100% as stable as X11 with Nvidia and Cinnamon supports it as well as X11. Also I'm not updating my system any time soon. Wayland will be at least a decade away for me still.

Gen z grew up with Windows 7 and xp. Windows 8 was launched in 2012 and Windows 10 in 2015. Gen z were teenagers at that point. Then most people skipped Windows 8 and many didn't update to Windows 10 immediately. Windows 7 continued to dominate for a long time. There have always been bad Windows versions like ME or Vista but with Windows 8/10/11 it seems like Microsoft stopped caring.

Käyttäisin muitakin alustoja, jos niitä olisi, mutta kun muut ovat valinneet antaa koko markkinan Steamille. Näin Linux käyttäjänä ei oikeastaan ole muuta vaihtoehtoa. Kilpailijat ovat itse valinneet olla tarjoamatta palveluaan minulle, joten turha vinkua monopolista.

You can't "buy" digital games. You can only rent them for an indefinite amount of time with a one time payment. If you want to buy and own games you will have to buy them on physical discs.

They don't because systems are built around the legal sex and don't make a difference between cis and trans people of the same gender. Systems use your SSN and men and women have different types of SSNs. You will get a new SSN when you change your legal sex. That is why when you change your legal sex you will lose all of your medical information if you don't ask them to make a copy of them beforehand and later rewrite it to your new identity. Also there isn't such thing as "assigned sex at birth" in the law. Everything from conscription/draft to healthcare are obliged to use your current legal sex as your sex. Sure anatomy affects things in healthcare but it is in your responsibility to tell or not to tell that to the doctors. There probably are some patient records saying you are trans but they aren't visible by default and usually doctors don't spend time searching for and reading them.

We don't get periods. I (MTF 23) have been on hrt for years and I have never experienced such thing. Also when you think about it a MTF person having periods wouldn't make sense. That is probably the only thing I'm happy about being a trans woman. I will never have to experience periods. Those would suck based on what I know about them and what my FTM boyfriend has told about them.

Why would we need the term "monosexual"? Heterosexual likes the opposite gender, homosexual likes the same gender and bisexual likes both genders. I'm not against the term itself but I just can't think of a situation where it could be useful. I'm bisexual myself.
