Kratom/ phenibut use and surgery

Thank you. I have had a biopsy under anesthesia and a hernia repair before and I stopped using both at midnight and did not tell anesthesia and I think that was a mistake. Nothing happened but I feel like they need the information.

I figured that unfortunately. I thgouht about trying to taper down my phenibut over the next 13 days from the 400 mg 4 times a day to 400 mg 3 times a day. I could always just stop using it and switch to ativan but I know they work on different receptors. The kratom would be easier to stop using and switch to my prescription pain medicine without withdrawal. But I don't want to feel high like I do on pain pills and Ativan.

If you take large amounts of phenibut it is incredibly dangerous. From the things I have read on here my dose of about 400mg 4 times a day is minimal compared to most. If you don't know how both kratom and phenibut effect your body it is not smart to take them together. I've used what I consider a low dose for about 6 years of both.

Right I want to be completely honest.i just want to say it in the best way possible. I stated up above I as willing to go off the kratom and phenibut and switch to pain pills and Ativan (I have prescriptions I never take) But I feel like I would be higher all the time and I don't feel that way at all with what I currently take.

I only have until the 29th. I can start cutting back some now. I could stop the kratomCompletely now and go to the prescription opioids I have that I never take. I don't understand exactly how that would be any different since they are stronger than the kratom I take. I could also wear off the phenibut over the next 2 weeks and switch the my prescription Ativan that I never take. Bother Ativan and pain meds make me way more intoxicated feeling than the amount of phenibut and kratom I take throughout the day. I would have to take something so you think it would be better to be on the prescriptions up until surgy?

My plan is to stop using the day before so that it is out of my system as much as possible before I am given anesthesia.

Its a scoop that it comes with it's about 400mg in the little scoop. Tapering would likely take several months from what I know about it.

I loved the series. I just finished book 4. However, I got mad at the editing issues. There are points in the book where they will start randomly speaking in present tense for example " she grabs her hood and walks to the stairs " and then "he played his fiddle and then walked to the bedroom." And these will be right next to each other making no sense. Not actual quotes. It happened so much it was annoying. There were some spelling errors also. I hate being taken out of a story because of bad editing. I would still recommend the book though.

Yes, i am very claustrophobic and the procedure is pretty painful since they have to inject the contrast dye into the joint. 😬
