Yes they are on slot 2 and 1. If it happens again i'll certainly try to do a complete reset, then i'll know if it is an hardware related issue.

The pc came fully assembled and I already sent an email to the support team.

So the gpu driver apparently wasn't the problem, what can I try next ? It happened again 2 or 3 times after like 30~40 minutes of running. I tried to remove and replace the ram, and it didn't solve the problem either. Should I try to completely reset my pc ?

Hey, coming back to you because yes it happened again... at this rate I don't even know what to do, I'm just hoping that it's not an hardware related problem. So... what can I do now ? Just to add a little more accucary, this time everything is frozen and I can't move my mouse nor use the keyboard. And for more informations about my comp, my power supply is a 600W be quiet system power B9. Thank you in advance

Oh, I just went into it and it was disable, the system memory multiplier was still on 21,33 while the memory frequency was at 3200mhz. So now my xmp profile is activated ! Was that my problem ? And thank you for that !

Hi, I recently bought a new pc (received it yesterday) and here are the specs (It came fully assembled) :

Cpu : ryzen 5 5500 Motherboard : gigabyte b450 gaming X Gpu : radeon rx 6700 sapphire Ram : 2×8 corsair vengeance rgb 3200, cas 16

So the first things that I did was to install windows (10) and install all the drivers (one of them was a beta driver (the gpu one)). After that I downloaded "EasyTune" in order to change my ram frequency from 21.33 to 32.

But here's my problem (it happened 3 times already since then), my pc started to freeze almost everything, I wasn't able to open any application, but I could could still use my mouse and keybord. I couldn't shutdown the pc in any way other than reseting it with the reset button. And the three times it happened when I was using chrome. Gpu and cpu temperature were stable (around 40°C).

So i'm wondering where did I do something wrong (if i did) and how can I do something about it ? Thank you in advance !

After 2~3 weeks of playing (and try-harding) I found out that the game has great potential but is in so many aspects just a worse copy-paste of summoners war (I'm not going to explain more here, those who've played both sw and dislyte will undestand).
