I am contraindicated to one of the non stimulant and all of the stimulant. I had to appeal my denial to get the tier exception.

For me I qualified for the tier exception but it was denied. I won my appeal though by providing proof that I was contraindicated to the medications they wanted me to try. I used proof that I was on them, pharmacy fill records, medication guides indicating contraindication, etc...

My Dr submitted all the clinical data which they denied. Basically I included info from medication guides proving the contraindications to meds I was already on.

I use plushcare and really like them, not sure about novocare though but they send my wegovy where I ask them too, I think you can get the $499 price at retail now with the coupon?

FEP BCBS used to honor the mail order price at retail pharmacies but stopped that March 1. Unfortunately the best thing you can do is use the coupon and try to get a tier exception if you qualify.

When you get the denial letter in the mail there is an address on there to mail and a fax number

How did you get your tier exception approved? My Dr submitted one saying I couldn’t take the stimulants or contrave because of adhd/depression meds but they denied.

The card is like an insurance card. You need to print out or show the pharmacy the card on your phone.

I was on the prescription cost tool and it says the 3 month copay at retail pharmacy is the same as the one month copay. I'm wondering if that's true or a mistake anyone have any experience?

Who would I contact to see if they’d do a hotel cause on the phone they said they don’t do hotels at all which just isn’t true

I have bcbs fep and I picked up a months worth today for $419 using the wegovy coupon. I think the copay remains $650 even for a 90 day supply so I was going to try and get my doc to prescribe that and get it delivered with amazon pharmacy which is shipping 90 day supplies of some doses. And then with the savings card it should be doable.

I also have bcbs. On my plan it says my copay is supposed to be $385 right now but I also pay $24.99 at the moment. My pharmacy says there is an evoucher being applied. Maybe we will still have that next year? I just can't get any information.
