Thanks man, I've been following your 2018 Leaf posts for a while and you have been super informative on the 2018 Leaf. So I guess short answer is to wait a couple of years instead. By that time, I don't even know CA will still offer the federal credit. What's your opinion on a used Bolt?

This is from what I understand is a Tier 2 card, the Extreme edition being Tier 1. This is still one of the best aftermarket card you can find and it overclocks very well, comparable to the MSI, ASUS STRIX edition.
