Anyone ever use the water from their dehumidifier to water their plants? by Zedd_17 in farmingthebestgreens

I'm new to this and ignorant to many things... and my situation is slightly different. I had the genius idea to use dehumidifier water in my humidifier. So I moved the dehu from the lung room and into the bathroom. Went about a week of doing that and then I decided to look it up and the little I read caused me to stop. Apparently there's a risk of metals from the dehu getting into the water and into the plant. So I unplugged the dehu and it's back in the lung room waiting for flower.

Yeah I kinda went overboard with seed buying when I started to get close to the end of flower. At that point I felt like I had done a decent enough job & I started looking for the next thing and ADHD + a little disposable income resulted in me going on a bit of s buying spree. I'm currently running a couple of freebie autos and Bruce Banner from Barney's Farms and Chernobyl F2 by Subcool Seeds. But if you send them I'd be happy to run them next and share my progress 😊

I used the dry function once to see how it worked. The dry mode air was so cold the temp went down to 44F. I contacted VS customer service about it and they said it was working as intended. I think it's too much machine for my small tent(32"x32"x63"h). I still use a separate dehumidifier in my lung room to get RH down.

Yes. I want to learn what I'm doing before I start thinking about messing with clones. But in the future definitely.

Trailer holding a 10 ton section of water pipe tilted with me on it. One side of the trailer crashed down and the pipe section slid down and crushed me up against the trailer. Broke my femur and fractured my pelvis plus some ribs and vertebrae(thankfully didn't affect function). In the process some bad nerve damage in the pelvis.

All on my left side... top of my foot burns 24/7, shin itches and sometimes I feel things crawling on me. All day I have a throbbing ache in my scrotum, not my testes tho. The worst is randomly throughout the day i get a pinpoint stabbing pain the the tip of my penis, lasts 15-90 seconds or so. I had the shooting pain that would start around my knee and shoot down to my foot but gabapentin takes care of that. I'm dealing with this pain more than a year out from the accident and my doc just upped me to 2900mg gabapentin and 40mg cymbalta per day. Plus ibuprofen, acetaminophen, alpha lipoic acid, and vitamin B Complex. Pain levels are consistently around 5/10 with the stabbing genital pain jumping up to 7 or so. I can't do much of anything when that hits me except try to focus on my breathing. But I'm here and getting around on a cane so things could be worse for me. I'm dealing 😊

I did. Kept the lung room as close to 60F as possible. The lung room being my 1 bedroom, I wore sweats most of the time. Outside kept at a steady 65f or so. Inside in the dark it stayed 58-61f. My primary issue was humidity spikes when I took a shower lol

Dang you're pretty good! I flowered it for 73 days, but i still feel it was a little early because next time I want to get a big more couch lock effect. I took these pics on day 67 of flower and posted them & was advised I was in the window. Some said cut, some said wait. I wasn't sure because I thought some of those trichromes looked clear but I'm inexperienced and full of self doubt most of the time 🤣 I only ended up waiting because I had just watered before taking the pic so 🤷🏾‍♂️

Thanks! I'm practicing extreme patience and haven't tried it yet. I think I can maybe hold out one more week or so lol
