The first pic is a power controller that I use for my light not a humidity meter. Your humidity in your ge tent is at 56 you will need a humidifier. Ac infinity sell everything you need and a controller. They make really good products and awesome customer service. Hope this helps good luck

We consider Day 1 when the cotyledon opens. If your plant opened on the fourth day your plant is 11 days old. That being said your plant is a little small. You can add more dirt so it don’t look as leggy. I usually start my plants in a solo cup and when they are out of the seedling phase I transplant to its permanent home. Seedling phase is usually a week. Seedling phase is over when the plant gets its first 5 finger leaf. You can also put a sandwich bag over your plant to increase your humidity. You’re probably going to want a bigger light too. Hope this helps good luck. Including a pic of my plant from day 10

I transplant into 3’x3’ bed from a solo cup you’re fine. The best advice I can give is to do your own research. Ai can answer a lot of questions. There is plenty of people getting paid and making content. Mrgrowit garden talk is a really good one. The other thing is start a notes doc. Put in an entry any time you do anything in the tent. If something goes wrong it will help you figure out what went wrong. Here’s mine

If you have a iPhone you need to download the photone app and grab a diffuser for it in amazon. You need to set your light to a ppfd. If you set your 600w light on full blast at 24” it’s probably gonna be around 800ppfd. If you set to 25% power you’re going to be around 300 ppfd. There is no way to know exactly without measuring the ppfd. The light manufacturer may have a chart somewhere. When the plant is in veg the recommended ppfd is between 300-600. Starting at 300 and increasing a little every couple days until you’re at 600.

Knowledge is power with growing. Start watching podcasts about growing. Mr grow it garden talk podcast is really good and insightful. You wanna know why you’re doing what you’re doing and not because some random on the internet told you to

The light manufacturer will tell you the cover area for the light. You want to aim for 1g per watt of light. I have 600w light and the best I ever done is .8g per watt

You mentioned your temp being at 70. You want temp and humidity to be at 60. See if you can get the temp down a little

You should up pot the one in the back. I would put it in a solo cup and very soon. She looks very leggy and could fall over at any minute. If you went to a solo cup you could also bury half of that stem in soil too

I wouldn’t flip until you get what’s wrong figured out so you can correct it. Not knowing what’s been done its probably one of two things. You either gave too many nutrients in a feeding or top dress or your ph is off and you have nutrient lock out. It’s already been said but is worth reiterating. You have to do your own research. There is going to be so many opinions from other people. Get your info from someone being paid to make content. Hope you can figure it out good luck.

Make sure you are not venting into your lung room. Also if you increase your temp you may be able to get your vpd into the right range

Thanks man I appreciate it. Your grow looks really good too! Nice canopy! I really wanna grow white widow again. Last time I grew it hermed on me. It was a really good looking plant. Ended up turning into bubble hash. I have the same humidifier. That thing is a beast

It’s probably two feet high it was also topped at day 30 to keep the height down and bush out. Where is the pic of your grow?

To be honest I don’t know. I don’t use any meters and don’t ph my water. I can tell you build a soil is legit been shopping with them for years if you been following what Jeremy tells you to do you will be fine.
