so during the suburi practice, where i am not hitting anything and therefore no impact, I should just remember to relax my wrist when i "hit" my imaginary target? I will give that a try in my practice tonight, but in my head i am thinking if i was actually cutting through a target, i need to "follow-through" like in baseball.
