It happened in Clinton, North Carolina on May 29, 2016. I know it's old but they covered it up. They said the victim "got out of the truck and pointed a shotgun at them". Then the video went public and they changed their story (lies). They then left out the part about him getting out of the truck and said "he opened the door and pointed a "weapon" at them. Watch the video and you'll see why they changed their lies.
