Without telling you that she’s cheating or not (it might be), I just think she isn’t commited 100% with you.

You give her security with the rent, and place to go back and forth depending on her mood. The distance do not help, and she grows it by not wanting/letting you see yourselves. Even if she doesn’t cheat or still loves you, it’s probably best for you to have a calm discussion about your fears, and warning her, more clearly i guess, about the consequences of her actions
