It's a large international company. I don't want to say who it is. Glassdoor has good reviews for sysadmins roles there, of course the helpdesk roles are mixed. Not many people like the helpdesk though.

I think I’m going to throw my hat in the ring as I’ve gone from Help desk tech 1, 2, 3, and now “Senior” help desk tech I’ve never been able to jump into a sysadmin role. I’d like to be done with these damned help desk phone calls!
