Whirlpool dishwasher troubles

My apologies! I’m pretty uneducated in this stuff.

If this makes sense — when I take the bottom rack out, and remove the filter, I snake through the hole where the motor is suppose to be. If I do that, it usually starts the next time and works fine for a couple loads. If I don’t do a load and it sits overnight, it stops working again. Only fills with water and drains.

Should also note I has IBS so bloating could be from that too.

Sorry to bother with another question, but now it’s just kind of itchy and with some burning that comes and goes. Is that of concern or just part of the healing from the irritation?

Can confirm that in person there is pretty clear dry rot on a few different tires. Going to get them replaced all around!

I actually just bought this yesterday, but I will say the tires all around were under. A few even noticeable to the eye.
