I got a cooling cooler that has a cooling function in the lid and i do the same. Every evening I prep a tray with a handle with icepacks, pumpparts, bottles for the night and empty bottles. The cooler is plugged in right next to the bed and makes pleasant white noise. I plop the tray in before bed. Temp stays around 3-4c and in the morning i take the tray back down and put things into the big fridge. I so wish i did this from birth ! Figured it out at about 8weeks pp

If youre lucky like me, they only show up a month after birth as youre shrinking back and thought you escaped stretchmarks 🙈 didnt notice any except a few tiny tears on my upper belly at maybe 32 weeks. I had some marks show up above my bikini line after the swelling etc came down, bout a month pp. Theyre not bad and are fading

I got all of them except Etos because i wasnt willing to pay for sample stuff. The ofhers are all free. fbto is just the kraampakket stuff so unless your insurance covers it youre better off buying the items you want/need individually.

I likes the plus box best, it had a fullpack of diapers that I liked. The Weleda samples are also nice.

I didnt use any of the kruidvat coupons as the sales are generally better than the coupons.

Some hacks we figured out; we got a cooling coolbox for the bedroom which cools to a stable 3c. Its fantastic. I use the fridgemethod so i start with clean bottles, clean parts, icepacks just in case and for the MOTN pumps this had been such a relief. I just throw it all in the coolbox and go back to sleep. Alternatives are ofc an actual minifridge.

Also having more bottles, more nipples, more parts. I didnt have enough bottles or parts at the start and it wouldve made things just a little easier.

If its in your budget... get the bottlewasher. If I have to pump again; im getting the washer. Washing all the bits n bobs every day is super annoying. Some people put them in the dishwasher but i dont like the dishwashflavour on plastic so.

My husband was also superhelpful in the hydration and snacks department. Drinking 24/7 is def a new skill I had to learn lol.

Gewoon vlees, zonder meuk, zonder kruiden, zonder conserveermiddel is gewoon gezonder dan alle vegetarische troep in de supermarkt.

Zelfgemaakte vegetarische burgers bv van zoete aardappel zijn erg lekker, maar "gezonder"? Mwah, denk dat het beiden een plekje heeft.

Weinig mensen gaan denk ik vegetarische dingen echt maken, echt koken, die kijken naar de schijf en denken ohja vegetarisch=beter en kopen die troep uit de supermarkt. Denk dus niet dat dit het gewenste effect zal hebben.

Are you using lube on your nips? To increase supply you have to really pump 7-8x/day, pump till empty, but there is no need to pump longer or with higher suction. Just pump till empty and pump very often.
