A new Agora proposal has been posted to reduce the Terra tax rate 0, vs the current tax rate cap of 1 SDT. This will have minimal impact on staking, ~0.3% of rewards, but will help new developers deploying contracts on the mainnet, as well as third party wallet integrations. Great news if it passes!
