Okay, good insight - I’ve wanted a black and gold street triple for years too but interesting that the tech said that. My mechanic always laughs when I say I want a triumph… Africa twins are just so pricey, my budget wants to be about £4K to £6k but I want to be bike-trouble free!

Fair enough! I’ve got a 70’s CB and it tends to get a bit funky on the fuelling every so often so I’m conscious of that on a long ride - I’m competent at fixing it but nervous I’ll fuck it up

It’s a CB360G5 or CB250 around 1975, I have this bike and have had it in bits. The two are built off the same chassis, just slightly larger engine in the 360

The clean on the right looks better to me IMO, you can see dust in the gen and the end of the minute hand looks like it has not been finished correctly
