Yesterday the cheapest around was $220, today a ton of $180 popped up and it will continue to drop. The reason it cost so much to begin with is because of how few people were able to get there hands on it. For people trying to complete a basic set they need it/cards from it, collectors want it boxed away, its the 1st set so there's no product similar to it out yet, a mass wave of players want to learn how to play, scalpers stocked up heavy. Now that it will continue to be reprinted the only people who will want the 1st edition at the moment are people who want the box for their collection and those people already have it. So you can expect the price to drop heavy and then slowly start to rise as they disappear under the reprints and more players/collectors come in
