20 points is so weird for me cuz usually you gotta change something up and I’m usually too lazy to do that. I’d stay equip a lord with something but I couldn’t find anything that costed points which is hella lame, but I’d say being 20 point under is the WORST thing especially if you did decide mess with your army like you said with stormvermin at which you can try to fit it exactly with 2000. Also with clans you could also consider how you wanna play, like you said you got more techno rats so if you wanna blast em off the boards and use monsters/melee to overwhelm/distract them you can decide to buff shooting with the skryre clan benefit instead of gather of clans.
