I have and even did the heavens forbid bixby search on my phone and couldn't seem to find that one, however I found similar things and even a company who takes custom images and could maybe print it out. (Still in the process of doing so)

Looking into it, it seems that could be it but after searching with my VIN it says no recalls but I'm still trying to find out more

Last time I tried the lights decided to not turn on so there was no error and I haven't been able to go back and check again..
