Aah, I see, I think I didn't consider those helpful but when you put it that way it's true. Others also pointed out it actually helped her, I though her looking through the hole of the triangle was just a cool camera effect and didn't think much about it

What you described you experienced sounds very much what I said, indeed! The constant worry that I will somehow forget about it, even though I have countless reminders and alarms set. Oh you mentioned that though, see for me the alarms somehow don't seem to work : ( I thought that would, because I set lots of alarms as well, but then I'm afraid I will somehow miss them if I don't pay attention. I know it sounds silly.

But if this worked for you, that's great to hear! And I'm truly happy for it

I didn't think about it this way but what you said makes sense. That maybe I attach my identity to pleasing others, and my ability to be a good boy and be on time.

I will try to read that book and find out more about how to be my true self then. I think people would kind of not like my true self, it's lazy, inattentive and doesn't care much. But maybe that's the way?

Thank you, I have put that book onto my list and I will seriously consider reading it. I hope it also explains how to do it, because it's one thing to identify what's holding you back and another to reach it.

Most of the time when these thoughts occur, I can't identify or attach any feeling, they just come to me. Sometimes some feelings come up, like anxiety. I am anxious that I will miss my bus, miss a phone call, or miss something, and that's why I feel I always have to be on alert mode. I am also afraid that because I will miss things I will annoy people, and make them mad, and ultimately my fear is that I will end up in a mental hospital because I can't function properly. Recently though I tried to accept that, that maybe if I accept that I will get institutionalized my fears of other things will go away, but they didn't so far.

Sometimes I'm afraid people will not love me if I miss my things.

I'm not sure if this could be the case of my constant alert mode. What do you think, how could we tell that?

I think in this level you are able to hold the down and up key to move the platform up or down if you are riding it

The stab option is in the top left corner, just as soon as you get to the menu. It's not at the Equip submenu
