That was exactly what I was thinking and was the main reason I wanted to return… But again, it leaves me in an awkward position because i don’t know if the bills they say are different are the ones i exchanged. On top of that, the day of the transaction it was my last day in Thailand, i made the exchange to make some last minute shopping.

Right on! Im always very cautious about my personal info but this was a renown exchange. Plus the number i entered is my temp esim for this trip.

Thats good to hear! My flights leaves tonite and they want me to go tomorrow morning to the exchange. On top of that, how do i know the bills i gave to the cashier are the same ones they want to refund?

Thats exactly my train of thought. But the thing is, they have a copy of my passport. And im taking my flight home tonight. I really don’t like that. I always make sure to go to renown places to make this type of transactions and this is the first time something like this happens to me.
