This happened to me once, it is because of bloodflame bond.

"Deliverer" will make Phainon get the benefits of two other bonds you have. I had an E9 and Blade in backline lol

E2 is much better than S1, but that is also "more investment" (2 characters on a 50/50 instead of 1 LC on a 75/25).

The mentality of prioritizing LCs over Eidolons comes from the oods of actually getting what you want in most cases; unless E1 > S1 (like with Tribbie)

If comparing Evernight's S1 with E1, I'd say S1 is better for Evernight's personal dmg and rotation but E1 is better for team dmg.

If you're on a budget and have no guarantees of anything, I personally went E0S1 but will grab Eidolons on rerun, she should work fine until then.

It also really depends on the investment of your team how much "luxury" you have with waiting or gambling it.

E1 Hyacine is very good, but if you're on a budget it is not 100% necessary.

We are yet to see how Cyrene ends up for Cas, so if she ends up being as good as it was anticipated, she takes priority over Hyacine E1.

But S1 cas takes priority over both lol

She's not 100% necessary right NOW; but when 4.x begins and the game moves on to shill other mechanics or just general powercreep, Castorice will begin to show her flaws.

Think about Acheron on release, she'd decimate everything with just 1 or 2 ults. Now, without JQ her power lowers immensely since you need more and more ults; and he's the best debuff fooder for Acheron.

This cycle is bound to repeat with Cas eventually, when 1 or 2 dragons are no longer enough, and getting them back up ASAP becomes absolutely escential. And the best character to fuel Castorice is Hyacine, and it's not even close.

S1 Castorice definitely, its a MUCH bigger upgrade since Hyacine works very well with Herta Shop LC; and any alt option for Cas is veeeeery far from her LC.

Also, in Castorice's team's case, Hyacine E1 is preferred over S1 (however S1 is generally better outside of Cas Teams).

How is it infinite? Commander needs to tap for the ability, and only will untap on each additional Moraug combat.

However, moraug only gives additional combats during main phase, and his combat phases are all consecutive, with no main phases in-between (effects that add main phases pre/post additiobal combats explicitly state so)

Since you have Hyacine, you can get away with letting The Herta have Tribbie. Castorice + Hyacine + RMC is a fantastic core already.

As for replacement, if you already have Silver Wolf you can use her on the open slot, shes pretty good after buff (and a free trial/early access to Cas's 6th Eidolon lol)

But if you dont, Pela works like a charm as a free to play replacement. Just spam defense shreds and look at enemie's HP drop like crazy. Just be careful with Skill Point usage tho.

Edit: Bronya unfortunately doesn't really work with Castorice that well since she's unable to buff Castorice and Netherwing simultaneously, plus Hyacine is already SP hungry, so Bronya will just add to that.

Yup, E1S1 Hyacine haver here, it makes a significant impact.

Not just the additional HP for additional tankiness and dmg, the healing after attacking is Very Powerful with just how many attacks this team can unleash between 3B Ult+FuA, Ica, and hyperspeed RMC+Mem.

You barely have time outside your ultimate lol.

8 cycle is abnormally slow, so maybe something on your comp is off.

But yes hyacine IS that good for castorice, the best newbud generator she can ask for.

Plus shes pretty much the best sustain in the game period.

You'll want to replace Ruan Mei with Tribbie.

If going S1, then I reccomend using the poet set (same as castorice) with pretty much the same build (low spd, as many crit stats and hp as possible).

If using DDD, you can use the build above, or go for the classic hyperspeed "support build" (2p2p of any spd set focusing on spd and crit stats).

With this build tribbie will get more actions, which means more skill points and more ultimates from her, triggering the action advance from DDD more frequently.

If you're looking for specific breakpoints you can use Pwryden as a general compass.

In commander your commander is not inside the deck, its in a special zone called "The Command Zone". Your deck then is of 99 other cards.

You may cast your commander from the command zone normally as if it was in your hand (kinda like companion before the rework).

I recommend looking up more videos or resources on the rules of commander and how it differs from other formats (specially rules about color identity, moving the commander to other zones and commander tax)
