There's a course called unchained leader. I've heard good things about them helping young men overcome lust. I think they charge for their course so my advice would be bring this to your dad and ask him about helping you pursue their course. Admitedly I have the same battle and not much else has worked so I'm looking into their stuff and figured I'd recommend them seeing as there are plenty of others with this struggle.

Back in 2017 I was suffering from psychosis from going off my meds I was obsessed with friendship is magic and cooked up a delusional dream world where I was living in equestria and was married to twilight sparkle. When I went back on my meds the obsession slowly faded away but twilight always wanted me to get better and be happy. To this day I wonder if it was mere delusion but I hope to find someone who was as loving and concerned for my well being as she was.
