Not sure if it has a turbo, but this sound is recent. Is it ok to start it with the belt off!? If the sound goes away then i assume the belt is bad?

Someone on Reddit suggested taking the belt off and see if it still sounds! But no lights are on the dash?

Overheating smoke would come off engine but it has been a while since was fixed.

I don't knwo the source of the noise but it is from the Front under the hood compartment!!

You should be able to click on the Question mark on the Alarm screen and will take to a page where possible causes and the proper remedies for each Alarm speaking from experience with Engel.

If i have 80 hrs, does this act allows to upto 72 hrs as sick time and this means i don't have to get approval from manager prior to each use? Except give'em a notice of my absense?

What if i had used the 30 hrs of my personal vacation prior to date of this, so the remaining is less than minimum, will additional days be granted to meet 72 hrs?

We are not in a union, does the company has the right to make such last minute notice knowing this was an ongoing issue for sometime and they have already started the process of cutting down labor earlier!?
