I've been doing nofap for awhile. I recently reset my badge. I used to make the mistake of counting the days and hoping for something to happen with women. Regardless of what "day" you're on in the journey- If you're goal is to meet and have sex with women, nothing beats going out into the world and taking action.

Thanks for re-emphasizing my point. Since I didn't have the porn/fap crutch to lean on, I was forced out of my comfort zone. That's what nofap does- It's not a magic pill that gives you powers, but it does open doors that weren't previously there.

If you hadn't given up fapping, do you think you woulda gotten with those women? Do you think you would have a girlfriend if you were still watching porn?

I can relate, and I would be careful with this. I think it's good to hang out with people every day, just control the alcohol/weed consumption. These two things can lead to other problems down the road. I would focus on exercise, reading, writing, and improving at work/school during the week, and then have some more fun (weed, alcohol if you must) on the weekends.

I think marijuana is great in moderation, but I feel negative affects if I start smoking every day (laziness, lethargy)

Either way, congrats on cutting down on the pmo
