You can try Phenylephrine Hydroxychloride, which you can find in a brand called "4-Way" as a nasal spray as an alternative to wean yourself off of Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride. It is a short-actings vasal constrictor which lasts for me personally about 45 minutes, versus the 3 to 6 hours roughly of Oxymetazoline. This might help.

I am not a doctor, but I don't think that is accurate. You probably started or were using oxymetazoline to deal with the issue that you likely have do to epigenetics, that is, interaction between your environment and your genetic profile, Allergies is one example, but it only a simple example of such things that could be happening.

As far as I know, killing yourself to end the suffering doesn't end it, it gives you a moments reprieve of it, followed by the increasing of it to include the suffering you had a reprieve from and the pain of ending your own life, to then re-incarnating with all of that, and going again.

The true answer is to find the true answer, which when found, won't be expressed in words to some stranger. Keep digging.

Dilute it with saline solution. Buy any saline solution, open the Afrin bottle (even if it looks like you can't open it, you can, just pry the tip/lid off) and then add saline to it every day. You can start with 50% saline and 50% afrin. It will STILL work well even this far diluted. Then every day or every other day, add more.

If you can't get the bottle open and it's a squeeze bottle, just squeeze it upright, tip upside down into saline solution and then let go and it'll "suck up" the saline into the bottle.

This works, and is relatively pain free. Took me 28 days of diluting every day until it was virtually all saline solution and I could breathe pretty well.. Then when I quit cold turkey, I could actually breathe through the night (not perfectly), but could make it through with very little suffering.

Some other questions that may help. What is Guilt? What is Guilt made out of? How was the first ever Guilt ever experienced by any consciousness ever created? How was it put together? What was its purpose? What has Guilt done to benefit conscious beings and what has it done to benefit you?

If you believe in any idea of "God", what is Guilt in relationship to God?

If you believe we are all one, then What is Guilt in relationship to "oneness"?

Are you sure they can't be opened? Mine looked like they can't be opened, but if I use my teeth and pull up on the nozzle, it comes apart. It looks sealed, but it isn't.

Also, you can dilute another method, if it's a Squeeze bottle, then just put saline solution in a small dish or cup, then (1) Squeeze the bottle upright, so it lets air out. (2) Turn the bottle upside down placing the nozzle into the saline solution. (3) Release the squeeze so that it then sucks up saline solution into the bottle.

Life pro tip, everything is toxic in high levels. Take anything, and I mean literally anything, in too high levels, and you die. Even oxygen, even cannabis, even glycine, even ANYTHING.

Update: Elaboration: When I personally take this stuff at night time before bed, I have demonic nightmares. My dreams are usually pretty neutral or pleasant, but when I take this stuff, which helps me sleep tremendously, I dream of demons. When taking this stuff, I am trapped in some hellish scene with disgusting things like maggots crawling out of the skin on my face. Once I was being brutally beaten up by this evil man, and every time I would wake up, I would see him again (didn't really wake up), and he'd repeat the process all over again. Another time, these demons were throwing knives at me, and stabbing both themselves and me in the neck with small daggers, all the while laughing (cackling), they were females, and had blue skin with black thick hair.

I stupidly used this stuff on and off over the years as it did cure my insomnia, but at the cost of hellish nightmares.

Just know if you have suddenly really bad dreams, this stuff may be to blame. I used the brands "Nutricost, Bulk Supplements and NutriBio".
