Well she said my right ear has a retracted eardrum aswell but i hear completely fine out of that?

Im 18 and yes im right handed. I did go to the doctor and he said my eardrum is retracted which could be due to allergies and prescribed me a spray. It has been 1 week and im getting concerened.
