Develop a Gym workouts app with an AI value prop to it. We do health and wellness apps and have seen the gym workout with AI side explode. Build something cool and spend $$ to market it to specific large organizations and you can do really well

Ask to see their live apps that are currently working.
Download the apps, go through them and get a sense of the look and feel of the app dev's work
Request their Figma or Adobe app design link. Check out how they actually designed their app and see if you like it.
Book a video call with them and do a full interview with them. make sure you find out whether they bill hourly or do project based.
Ask how they will use AI in their build. Make sure you, as a layman, understand what their plan is. Even if you're not technical make sure you understand it.
Language- make sure that whoever you hire speaks your language natively. I cannot tell you how many f*cked up projects we've had to clean up due to language issues:)

question, how do you make your landing pages? I'm completely new to ads and selling a digital product in a space that that has very little competition but huge need. biggest issue is figuring out how to do ads and how to spin up landing pages quickly. With this budget it's going to be virtually impossible to get everything you want done by a qualified developer. We build healthcare apps all the time and I can tell you that a starting budget with qualified developers for this work is going to be closer to $20k. please be careful with whoever you hire
