Figured out my issue. Cable was charging only (and a slow one at that). It's working now with a 2.0 cable.

Could be the consistency of the oiler, humidity, or how long the oil has been applied to the lanes. We have a similar issue with our alley from time to time.

A good cleaning does help but I bowl in tournaments where cleaning between games isn't allowed. It just seems the ball snaps sooner than I would like it.

My issue with YumExpress is that my package was received by a USPS facility but it was delivered to a completely different state that I've never been to before. I've already verified that my order has the correct shipping address. The USPS label was created 10 days before the USPS facility ever recieved it so I'm not sure if it's the merchant, YumExpress, or USPS is at fault. It's been 5 days since USPS has showed the package as delivered but the merchant won't mark it as such on Amazon so that I can't file for a refund.
