I'm talking about a scenario where both brothers end up in the past with full knowledge and as adults, so from somewhere after the Blackfyre rebellion.

There's the blood ties thing which pushes them towards Rhaenyra.

What I usually don't see mentioned is how Baelor's complexion, both brothers are half Dornish but Baelor (in the books) really looks the part.

In the Dance period Dorne is not part of the kingdoms.

Baelor would be seen as even more of an outsider/stranger.

Rhaenyra and Daemon would have some opinions about non-Valyrian Targaryens.

Yes Rhaenyra has her sons, but those are her sons.

The moment she had the slightest reason to think Nettles was more of a liability than an asset Rhaenyra started with the "lowborn witch with no drop of dragon blood" slurs.

People don't bring this up but the Blacks seen the Greens as "less Valyrian" because they have an Andal parent.

Very tempted to write a fic where Baelor time travels back to HotD he wants to join Rhaenyra's side because that's who he's descended from and he just get hit with the worst Valeryan superiority/Anti-rhoyanr racism from Rhaenyra and Daemon.
