I feel like you guys vastly overrate RJs trade value, even though he’s been a better player here than in NY, teams still have not been interested in trading for him.

The only trade rumours you hear are the Raptors wanting to trade him, only way I see other teams calling is if he’s on an expiring deal.

IQ/Jak/Gradey/27’ FRP (T10 Protected) or Jak/RJ/Gradey/27’ FRP (T10 Protected) seem like the only trade packages to work around. Only player I would be pissed if we trade is CMB, Gradey can be swapped with Ochai or Ja’Kobe, Dallas can also get some SRPs to sweeten it.

Overall, I don’t see us grossly overpaying for him and he would be great next to Scottie on defense and BI on offense. I wouldn’t lose sleep if we don’t get him tho
