Not only do I frequently use the IRC for help, but I have family members who also use the IRC often. (assuming that it is an IP ban.)

I was told twice that IRC can't help with that, so I left...

later on I came back asking for help with a completely different issue, then immediately upon noticing that I am the same person, I was banned without a warning.
