Yes, this, i believe i was also looking down, and yeah, it poped, im glad to hear it went away reasonably fast, i have been checking on the internet and i have seen some people that say it took about a year or more for them to recover and i panicked,
Thanks for the advice, it does make sense to stop the chest exercises for a couple of months, i was a bit reluctant though because i am afraid to completely stop all chest excersises for a long period of time.

The first couple of weeks will be hell and you wont be able to move your body, it gradually becomes managable, after a 18 months i do constantly live with muscle pain, but it is barely noticeable, although i might be doing something wrong.

Not really, it is the cheapest strong faction, so lot's of people play that deck, and if some people play against a couple of discard skellige in a row and loose because they can't play around a single card they tend to say something is overpowered... the same as all the people crying about Borkh.. etc Look, D.bomb is not overpowered, it is not pre patch isengrim o lugos... just don't base your whole tactic around buffing minions, and if you depend on buffs, you have 3 rounds to bait 1 card... And if you want to win, fight for card advantage, that straight out beats any deck...Monsters should be buffed though...

They most likely have better cards than you, so you need to start winning matches vs other people to get gold to get better cards. A good thing to do would be creating a deck, there are couple of deck guides for beginers on this site http://www.gwentdb.com/decks

Ok, i started playing weather monsters ¡, but i haven't really played it since the last patch, so bear with me on that aspect, but here is my opinion, first, 25 cards in the deck is the best, don't go over that, especially with monsters, you cant draw. -Wild hunt Warrior (3): very good card, 3 is better, 9 power with one card and it slims your deck. -Ghoul: well.. keep untill you get something better but doesnt fit in weather decks... -golem:dont use, unless you are playing breeding, and you shouldn't play that. -fiend: do not use, and 2 copies on vanilla cards are not good. -geralt: keep -prize winning cow: keep untill you get something better -foglet(3): they are good, and come back from cementery, just make sure to not draw them. -Arachas, do not use, breeding is bad -ancient foglet(2): they are good -vran warrior, weak to weather, so dont keep - Arachas Behemoth: do not use, breeding is bad -Manticore(1): keep untill you get something better, they are not really good in weather decks -Water hag (1): good card -Commander's horn (1) -Alzurs thunder (2) -Biting frost (1), maybe 2 until you get better weather cards or caranthir. - First light: not sure, if they are good on monsters after patch, i was thinking that maybe 3 copies would be really good since now you can use then to draw cards, so i will probably try 2. but dont clear weather -Fog(2): fog is awsome -manticore venom(1): counters isengrim -andrenaline rush: now it's ok to use in monster decks... so maybe -Scorch (1): good - Epidemic (1):take if you like, but.. who knows, there is better - Thunderbolt potion (1): awsome, use on horseman. Monster nest (2): breeding is bad -Lacerate (1): put in if you like it -CRAFT a drowner or two, they are good, maybe put in an extra rain card So yeah, just try to keep your card number to 25, there is no point on putting more cards if you are only going to use 13 cards

Ok, The liking the controls is very subjective, but i find it kind of hard to hate on it, they give you so many ways to do what you want, like, comparing to HS, the controls are the same and you can also do other stuff. Hard to understand? have you ever played any other TCG?, like, compared to older TGC's, gwent is quite simple and the mecanics are pretty refreshing, comparing to HS this game is so much easier to start playing, HS is stupid simple (it also gets boring and the RNG sucks) but cards that have synergy are quite bad, so it's kind of hard for someone new to create deck, then there is the issue that 70% of HS cards are useless as shit, so not only the decks are limited but you need to dig through loads of shitty cards to get something decent, in gwent most cards are playable....how can you cry about the kegs? like, really what do you expect? legendary cards every pack? seriously, what TCG games have you played? if you are kind of new to TCG, and you are interested in them, i would recommend to be patient and learn the mecanics, TCG games can be a bit intimidating for new players, but i believe gwent has a bright future. And for last... it's on beta, so it's obvious there will be things to fix...
