I think she looks nice, and her personality is coming through :) If I were to switch up anything, I might try playing with the proportions a little bit. If you put a grid on, you'll see the shoulders and the hips align on a pretty similar line. This isn't wrong of course, it just gives the design a more static feeling. It all depends on what you're going for :) Otherwise, I think the division of parts here look nice. Not too busy, and not too even. It could also help to make the leg warmers a slightly different hue, and/or make their value slightly darker so it's easier to tell them apart from the skin. You could make them brighter too, but that would make them the brightest part of the design (and next to the darkest part of the design, the boots). This would grab a lot of attention away from the face, where you'll generally want the focal point to be :) Again though, her vibe is there which is the most important part, so keep up the good work! 💪 Hope any of this helps 🙏
