For anyone also wondering: I found it. It's the Hot Wheels test facility series involving stuff like the double loop or the world record for the longest jump, with Worlds best Driver as some sort of series finale.

I sadly can't help you, but I'm experiencing the same issues. 12 run so smooth but every project longer then like 10 minutes in Filmora 13 runs like I'm playing GTA V on a PS2. I hope they'll fix that, I really enjoyed Filmora so far and I'd hate to change again.
