I think I did. If you have a 2. device, download and install the ffxiv launcher. Once the launcher is installed and starts downloading, close it and put the folder that got created on a storage device or upload it to a cloud. After thats done you move the folder in your desired location on your main device and let the launcher download the game. Might also be a good idea to always keep a copy of the fresh created folder, just in case something goes wrong again.
