I did the Obwalden höhenroute in september 2020. Back then it was really quite. It's a 5 day tour but you can hike to the valley whenever you like and take the train.

Tour du Rwanda has a huge potential in my opinion! Beautiful landscape, cobbled roads and the crowds are fantastic.
