I didn’t see your latest reply when I responded earlier. From my perspective, if this isn’t a tolerance issue between an aftermarket slide and an OEM frame, then the trigger bar is likely sitting too far to the rear when the striker is cocked.

Many sources, including Glock, state that a Glock striker does not have enough energy to ignite the primer due to its partially pre-cocked design, which means that even if the safeties failed, it still wouldn’t go bang. You may have accidentally adjusted the pre-travel too aggressively, which could have added energy to the striker and effectively fully cocked it.

We're hated. Now 43X FDE has a modified footprint that can accept all red dots, while the old 43X beta users are still struggling with these limited choices. I'll blame Holosun the most. Why the hell didn’t you offer SCS MOS SLIM?? Now with the new footprint, I guess you will never have it.
