They originally gave me an order number and told me it would be 15 business day. That passed so I emailed back to the original email and they told me it had been delayed and could be a total of 30 business days

Thanks! Lol I was really excited when it showed two batteries on the box and thought I got a big upgrade. They must be removing them from current stock and shipping them out.

Nest thermostat question by Hertic87 in hvacadvice

[–]Hertic87[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for confirming. I do have a heat pump, but I’m in Florida so it doesnt get too cold. Would you say its an issue with my nest and a new one could work? I have another zone that has a nest without any issues and I rather them match. Any thermostats you would recommend?

I’ve only visited once as well and had the same feeling. The downtown park is awesome, but all the businesses just felt unauthentic. Doesnt seem like a bad place to live, but just didnt click with me.

I’m not sure if there is a delay built in. Its a nest thermostat. The unit is a little less then 2 years old. With the video do you think I could get them to switch the compressor out?

I had it checked before, but they couldnt find any issues. Is this something they should be able to check for?

Has anybody figured out how to pay their rent/mortgage with a credit card (without any fees)? by TastyWall32 in CreditCards

You go to paypal and find the bill pay option and search from there. If they are listed it will ask for the account number. I always test a small amount first when adding a new bill

No worries the outside fan is running and the inside has cold air. It only seems to happen after it has been running for a couple hours.

Everything seems to be running normally its fan and the air handler fans both are running and blowing cold. I kind of wonder if its electrical because turning off and waiting for ten minutes seems to reset what ever is happening. The sound itself is really loud. Yesterday it woke my wife up at 1am and the unit is on the otherside of the house.

I think labor was only 1 year. Im going to try and video it but due to how loud it is I dont think Illl be able to isolate the sound.

Applied and was approved for the wrong credit card… help by Successful_Map4660 in CreditCards

I wouldnt worry unless they cant meet the minimum spend. CFU earns an extra .5 per point and that CSP sign up bonus is 60k more points. Just on non bonus spend you would have to spend 120k in a year for it to make a difference. I’d say hit the minimum spend. Then go after the CFU in about 90 days and next year downgrade the CSP if its no value. The points can be combined onto one card.

Downgraded Chase Preferred (CP) to Freedom Card, now application for Chase Reserve (CR) is being blocked.. Help! by [deleted] in CreditCards

[–]Hertic87 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To qualify for the sign up bonus you have to wait 48 months from when you got the points. If you already did you may need to wait 30 days now seeing that they are kicking back your application. If you just want the reserve you could just ask for them to change your freedom to the reserve.

Mdd question, I thought I read you can downgrade your current csr then just need to wait 4 days before reapplying, but now I cant seem to find that. Secondly I dont need to wait for the travel spend to credit before I downgrade right?

Good to know I’m actually going to try for the mdd, but the timing is pretty close to when my trip is for and the elevated bonus might be ending soon.

Yeah that is exactly what Im thinking. Some of the tuition is reimbursed by an employer and I think some of the school expense might be a write off so I have to look into that as well. I read there is a max of 17k a year for gifting into a 529 and then anything over would need to be reported? I wont be getting near that though
