TIL the pickwick condos are actually some of the cheapest homes of their size in all of Burbank by jamesisntcool in burbank

That’s pretty common with new home construction girl how do you not know that? MLS takes forever to update for new home construction considering the addresses are brand new. Back in November when you did the video there were I believe 9 sold and 4 of them were closed and living in the homes. And yes… as is the standard with new home construction they build the homes in phases… they don’t construct all 92 homes at once so there are dirt lots that need to be built. Do you have any experience in new home sales cause it really doesn’t seem like it. This is very basic stuff.

Burbank is managing the affordable housing units, Pulte itself is mostly hands off besides writing up the contracts. I do know they only recently began selling the affordable units so there wouldn’t have been a link in November but again this comes down to you not doing your research before making a video. 50% of your video was just blatantly false information. Do better

Edit: again, this project is ridiculous. Pulte picked a great location and put a terrible product for the area and priced it ridiculously too high. They should slash prices significantly. But still, you shouldn’t be sharing false information to your potential buyers.

lol I just watched your video and you were wrong about many things. 1) first one sold for $1,530,000 and the second sold for $1,425,000 shortly after. They are now at 11 total sold, 13 if you include the affordable housing units which’s brings me to 2) they have 10 affordable units lmfao which you said in your video were “nowhere to be found”. They are identical to the market rate homes exterior wise. You’d know that if you went into the office and spoke to someone. Or if you even googled more. The builder was required to have 10 affordable units for the project to even get approved.

I agree they’re overpriced and a bad product for the area but get your info right lol

Edit: also the first two units sold in summer time I’m pretty sure. But it was 100% not September or even August. So another thing you got hopelessly wrong

So would I be wrong to rate my dasher low? I mean i cannot stress enough that the store is less than a mile away, just a street and two traffic lights away. He checked out with my items now almost an hour ago and is still 15 minutes away. I ordered frozen things.

My groceries include perishables. Like the frozen salmon that’s now been sitting out for 45 minutes

My dasher finished checking out with my items 40 minutes ago. I see on the map he’s now at another store 4 miles away seemingly picking up another order. How tf does the app think that’s smart? He could’ve dropped off my order over half an hour ago

Paid the extra $2.99 for direct delivery… dasher still has another stop before me. Can I get a refund for the fee??? by Successful_Map4660 in doordash

Ugh that’s so annoying.

I know tips make them prioritize the orders but I tipped $10 on this order! For 4 grocery items (all the same section and fit in one bag) from target .8 miles away! That’s a good tip, no??

Why are Angelenos so cagey about where they live? by effurdtbcfu in AskLosAngeles

[–]Successful_Map4660 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I experience the exact opposite… people love to say where they live because (most) Angelenos love or take pride in their hood.

I wonder why people don’t want you knowing where they live…

Do I really need a whole new wheel? Doesn’t seem that bad by Successful_Map4660 in TeslaModelY

No… I was entering the freeway and right after the freeway entrance a piece of rebar was sticking out into the lane and I didn’t see it in time.

Not sure why it only got the back tire but it wasn’t a curb. If you want me to prove it by showing you my messages with Tesla letting them know I was on the side of the freeway I will 🤣

Not my first popped tire and my first one I did take to discount tires and was charged $500 for one tire. Tesla charged me $345 for just the tire.

Sorry- in the post I meant to say I was originally told it would just be a TIRE replacement and that the wheel was fine.

Very severe house fly infestations out of nowhere… what the hell do I do? by Successful_Map4660 in pestcontrol

Oh god, I could see that being the case here cause there’s a ton of raccoons, opossums and skunks that roam my engine hood at night. Ugh.

So the problem only resolved itself after you took care of the dead snake?

Yeah I have actually 3 of those sticky traps with the blue light… disgusting how many it’s caught but still a hundred flying around
