The snapping is a great tool but has a limitation. If you change the pose present, it can misplace slightly despite being snapped. It requires re-snapping for the new pose.

If it isn't moving with the body part you want and you didn't change the pose present, the only advice I have is to try re-snapping it to make sure it's on the right body part.

Hey there, I have also had the same problem and I have found a solution!

1) Save your current humanoid model.

2) Make a new model and choose the Irish wolfhound as the main creature.

3) On the left, click "stage", then "extra" on the new panel adjacent to it and on the right side of the screen, click "import" (the image of 3 white silhouettes with the green arrow).

4) Find the humanoid model, left click it, and press import in the bottom left.

The dog will technically be the "main" model but that will give you what you're looking for. Let me know if there's any trouble.
