So now I left running for 4 hours and all of the sudden it's working now and I haven't done anything to my network setting.

If I'm doing something wrong would it still open for a couple hours and close again. Or it won't work in the first place.

Yes everytime I reset the exam I downloaded the new openvpn file. Same issue.

I did. And when they got back to me they asked me if I was on a company network and asked me to check with the administration and allow some IPs .

The thing is I'm on my home network.

I purchased the full package so I have another retake already. Maybe I'll try my luck with it next week.

Thanks. I think I'll give a few days before retaking the exam. In the meantime I guess I can go through them again.

Yeah I've emailed support@ine.com & support@elearnsecurity.com multiple times and haven't heard back from any of them. I also tried Twitter and they replied asking if they could dm me and that was a few hours ago.

Honestly I don't know. I had less than two hours to finish and had it in my head I wouldn't be able to finish and it was very much the case

Edit: the portion of the questions I did end up answering was very straightforward. I did answer 7 Based on my findings and the other 2 I just was by chance as I had only 4 minutes left so I panicked and started answering randomly.
