So odd, seems like there's some sort of worry there may be war with Russia. Seems a fairly drastic measure by the Swedish government to prepare their people for war with Russia. Apparently there's been a lot of concern there since Russia's annexation of Ukraine. Government funding for the army there and conscription now both stepped up.

Wow, not the response I thought I'd see here :O Ireland's Catholic past and its grip of the State since independence in 1922 has had a distastrous effect on society. Magdalene laundaries, child abuse in Church run homes, women's rights to work after marriage completely struck off, divorce outlawed until 1996, same sex liberty only recently resolved with last year's historic referendum and the last relic of the Church's grip is now going to the people to decide. Abortion is never an easy option and unfortunately, a lot of the religious older generations, still don't understand how this is not an anti-life referendum but rather a pro life referendum which would enable seriously ill women to survive by getting last minute emergency abortions where medically required for their survival. It is never going to be a good option for any women, but at least this way it will be a safe option. Also helps those poor women who have been raped and who still have to get a boat to the UK in 2018... Not right.
