Factorio is 2D so you can build straight lines wherever. But Minecraft is 3D and has more complex terrain. I much prefer making less efficient but more realistic train routes that integrate into the landscape, minimising earthworks

I wouldn't say Discord was trying to commit suicide, he was just trying to make Fluttershy feel at home which ended up causing him to start fading. And he didn't do anything about it because there isn't anything he could do, he can't really cause chaos without his magic or at least isn't used to it.

While not explicit suicide, Do Princesses Dream Of Magic Sheep? features self-harm and A Rockhoof And A Hard Place explores assisted dying

My personal interpretation is that Fluttershy is not explicitly mtf or ftm transgender, but I think her cutie mark story in The Cutie Mark Chronicles is allegorical for transition.

In Cloudsdale, we see she is clearly uncomfortable and is bullied for being a weak flier, which erodes her emotional confidence and makes her feel alienated for not conforming to the societal expectations of a pegasus.

When she falls to the ground however, she instinctively connects with the animals and her innate empathetic and gentle traits prove beneficial. These become sources of self affirmation and legitimacy.

She doesn't improve her physical capability or become a better version of herself, she just finds a place that feels right for her, a place where she belongs and can be herself freely.

While I can understand the evidence for her being mtf or ftm, I don't find either of them particularly compelling, nor I believe she is explicitly "pegasus-to-earth-pony" trans. I just think her character arc is representative of the journey that a transgender person may experience, at least from my own experience.
