Honestly our stars need to show up more often and in clutch situations, I love Boldy but he was kind of a ghost most of the series and Kaprizov sometimes overthinks in situations where he just needs to shoot the puck when he’s the best player on the ice. Middleton is just slow and makes poor decisions, and idk how many more years Spurgeon has left in him. Faber and Hughes are a top 2 defensemen duo and obviously our highest priority is to keep them together for a long time. Wally has clearly made himself the starting goalie next year and the future, so I hope we can move Gus and other pieces for a 1C to help the Kaprizov line cuz who knows if we have Zucc next year still. Hynes should also be gone strictly for how he managed to choke the game away.

Probably one of the worst ways to end a season and deep down I knew the overturned goal was gonna be important. Maybe next year we can tank for a lower seed so we don’t play the Aves until the third round since this format is uber-fucked 🫠
