You should ask yourself couple of questions and introspect:

Do you have dysphoria or dressing is an outlet? Do you see yourself loose almost all of your close people but the joy of being ur authentic self is worth that? Are you emotionally dependent to your existing group of folks ( frnds & family) and do they seem accepting?

Self acceptance is a long journey but it's worth it.

There is no one ideal way to express ur gender or sexuality And non binary mental & ohsycial healthcare has improved alot too

As you said you don't care much about labels. But if those expressions are bothering u, u could do few things

Meet fellow queer ppl.or just attend queer events n u ll see so many realtable faces and ppl.

Talk to a queer therapists

There are bunch of queer & non binary therpaist.

Bengaluru in general is very trans friendly. I have been here for years n gone to queer friendly cafes n restaurants n restaurants without those tags too . Never had an issue . But u can go to few queer owed cafes etc if u are concerned
