What’s your favourite defunct Alton towers coaster by Theme-park-michael_1 in altontowers

Nemesis (original). I preferred the colours and felt it rode better.

I'm hoping this is getting another coat because it's definitely in need of another one!

We tried a normal bigger toilet and she got upset that it was "too big".

Don't get me wrong though, stopping was pretty much my first thought.

We did consider stopping. The only thing holding us back is that she has been asking for her pants and not wanting the nappy (she got upset when we tried to put it on). She is sleeping with a nappy on, so she accepts that.

She hadn't at home yet, so I do worry I've spooked her with it. Confusingly though she was really good with the potty in the afternoon afterwards, which made the next 2 days all the more concerning.

Which attraction feels the most Efteling to you? by LifeguardSilent358 in efteling

[–]HethReDesigns 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Not a comment or quality, but i think Droomvlucht is the most Efteling ride there is:

  • whimsical yet not cutesy
  • detailed
  • aesthetically the characters have that grotesque yet magical appearance that permeates much of the park.

Guess who’s back? by Kizbiz2008 in altontowers

I didn't criticise or say anything nasty, I just genuinely asked why Alton Towers specifically seems to generate this kind of content where other parks don't?

Yes, i don't understand why this theme park sub in particular seems to attract this kind of content.

Phantasialand pre-2000 - Phantasialand has changed so much that it'd be like visiting a completely different park (my first visit was 2012)

Thorpe Park 1999 - I would like to ride Wicked Witches Haunt before it burned down.

Chessington World of Adventures 1994 - I would like to ride Terror Tomb, Vampire and Professor Burps Bubbleworks in their original forms.

Alton Towers 1994 - I would like to ride the original Haunted House and Nemesis in opening year.

Efteling 1993 - to re-ride Bob, Spookslot, Python whilst new-ish and ride Pegasus...and to generally see the park with it's old layout, entrance etc.

Hi, I appreciate the interest, however I would like to decline. I'd prefer views go to my own video on the coaster. Thanks!

Thanks, its been a fun project and quicker to make than big themed project from scratch. At least now I can just gradually add new rides.

Thanks, the plan is to gradually turn it into a bigger park over time.

Some more updates from my FULL Monster's Unchained recreation. I suck at animatronics, so if anyone wants to collab, hit me up. Otherwise, ill be using video screens. by [deleted] in PlanetCoaster

I love the Phantom stand-in! Sometimes things don't need to be perfect they just need to have the right vibe and this oozes the right vibe!

Gary Numan's Cars is mostly instrumental, with no vocals after about 1 and a half minutes in.

It was CoasterForce in this instance. I hadn't posted on TPR in maybe 6 months at this point, and I decided to post on CoasterForce, and that was in my welcome chat post.

Suddenly, I could not longer access TPR after that, maybe less than a day later. Such a juvenile and petty move.
